Samsung Galaxy F55 5G India launch: Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G smartphone in India today. This newly launched smartphone is a part of the company’s F-series devices, which also includes the Samsung Galaxy F15, the Samsung Galaxy F34 and the Samsung Galaxy F54 to name a few. The Samsung Galaxy F55 5G comes with a bunch of top-of-the-line features such as a 50MP front facing camera, 45W fast charging feature and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 system-on-chip (SoC) to name a few.

The Samsung Galaxy F55 5G comes in three variants. While the 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 26,999, the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs 29,999 and the 12GB + 256GB variant costs Rs 32,999. It will be available via Flipkart and Samsung India’s official online store in India starting 7PM today in Apricot Crush and Raisin Black colour variants. Buyers will get Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 worth Rs 1,999 and a 45W travel adapter worth Rs 499 with every purchase.
Samsung Galaxy F55 5G features and specifications
Coming to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G sports a 6.67-inch super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. It features vegan leather finish on the back panel.
The newly launched Galaxy F55 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset that is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage space. This storage space can be expanded further using a 1TB microSD card. It runs Android OS. Samsung has promised to provide four generations of Android upgrades and five generations of security upgrades.
Coming to the camera, the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G sports a triple camera setup at the back, which includes a 50MP primary sensor with up to 10X digital zoom, an 8MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 50MP selfie camera. This smartphone comes with dual recording camera feature that lets users record with the front and the rear camera simultaneously. It also has an Image Clipper feature that lets users select and use a part of an image.
